• AI-Driven Hiring Platform: A technology-driven recruitment platform using artificial intelligence to match employers with job seekers.
• Employer: Any individual, company, or entity using our platform to post job listings and hire candidates.
• Job Seeker: Any individual using our platform to apply for jobs and seek employment opportunities.
• Services: All features, tools, and functionalities provided through our platform, including AI-driven job matching.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
• Employers must have a valid business entity registered in India.
• Job Seekers must provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications and experience.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to access certain features.
• Employers and Job Seekers are responsible for their login credentials.
• Report unauthorized account use immediately.

4. Use of AI in Hiring

• Our AI helps match job seekers with suitable opportunities based on profiles and employer requirements.
• AI uses analytics and ML; final hiring decisions rest with employers.
• The platform does not guarantee job placement.

5. Job Listings and Applications

• Employers must provide accurate and non-misleading job descriptions.
• Job Seekers must ensure that their resumes and personal details are truthful and up to date.
• The platform is not responsible for any misrepresentation by either party.

6.Prohibited Activities

• Users must not: Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent hiring practices or discrimination.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate platform functionalities.
• Post jobs related to illegal, unethical, or exploitative work.
• Violate any applicable laws, including labor laws and data protection laws.

7. Fees and Payments

• Basic job postings may be free, but premium features may be chargeable.
• Employers opting for paid services must make payments as per the pricing plan.
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8.Data Privacy & Security

• We collect and process personal data in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and applicable Indian laws.
• User data may be used for AI-driven analysis and improvement of services.
• We implement security measures but do not guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

• The platform serves as a medium for job connections and does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any employment disputes between Job Seekers and Employers.
• We do not verify the authenticity of job postings or applicant details, and Users should conduct their own due diligence.

10. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time, but certain data may be retained as required by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Bengaluru, India.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We may update these Terms from time to time, and Users will be notified of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
